I bought an item from the site, made the payment, and got an order confirmation. Then, I got a call from a number in Manchester saying the item was out of stock because it was 'already sold' and they tried to push me into accepting a different option - I've heard of that 'bait and switch' tactic in the jewelry biz. I used a credit card for some payment security, but it turned out I didn’t need it since Steven Stone gave me a refund.

After a long hunt for the ideal ring for my special birthday, we decided to book an appointment at Steven Stone, where they crafted the perfect piece for us. Alexandra was fantastic, guiding us through everything and making it super simple. They had the ring ready right on schedule and even arranged for someone to meet us at the store, which was closed because of storm Eunice. Although we didn’t make it that day, their effort was truly commendable. When we picked up the ring the following day, it was absolutely gorgeous and definitely surpassed what I had hoped for. Big thanks to Igor and the entire team at Steven Stone. A real gem, and I’ll surely be back!

We checked out Steven Stone in Hale to find an engagement ring. At first, I figured the place might be too pricey for us, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales assistant, Molly, was fantastic; she broke down the various diamond types and showed us some examples to try on. We ended up with a stunning ring that fit our budget just right. The service was top-notch and super friendly, plus the price was really good.

I just took a look at their site and browsed through different jewelry items. However, when you hit the description, there’s nothing there—no info on carat weight, gold weight, or clarity. But if you click on delivery, it goes into detail about that, like folks are just gonna toss a piece of jewelry in their cart and pay up without knowing all the specifics. It’s a bit odd, to be honest.

David Eagleton recently crafted a special set of earrings for our daughter. He took the time to really hear our thoughts and created a stunning, one-of-a-kind, delicate pair that perfectly matched our vision. Plus, he was generous enough to consider our ten-year-old grandson’s sketches and weave those ideas into the final design! David’s artistic talent and attention to detail are truly remarkable. What stands out the most is his knack for genuinely listening to you, the client, which makes him a true professional. This is our second project with Steven Stone Jewellers in Hale, and we can’t recommend them enough for their top-notch jewellery and outstanding customer care!

Outstanding assistance from beginning to end. David, in particular, was incredibly helpful and had a wealth of knowledge. The whole ordering process was completed online since the stores were closed, but I can't find anything to complain about. The site is well-structured and user-friendly, and the team is super supportive when you have a couple of questions before making a purchase. From start to finish, the delivery was exceptionally well-coordinated. I would definitely recommend this service.

Today we had our meeting for wedding bands, as my engagement ring also came from Steve Stone. The team is professional, warm, and super friendly. I was a bit anxious about stepping into a fancy jeweler, but once the staff welcomed me, I realized there was no need to worry. While we were there, I got my ring steam cleaned, and it’s sparkling just like it did when he first gave it to me two years back.
